Graham Ellerby

All my work is freely thrown on a kick wheel. Various wood / salt reactive slips and glazes are applied after the biscuit firing. The work is then fired to 1300 degrees C in a wood fired, cross draught kiln that I designed and built myself.

At around 1230 degrees C some salt is added to the fire to enhance the colour and surface qualities of the work.
